Try To Stay Hydrated: In order to prevent the after festival health problem, do your level best to drink plenty of water and be hydrated. Sip juice and water at regular intervals to achieve this. Staying hydrated will also help you to manage your hunger pangs.

People Suffering From Diabetes Need To Be More Cautious During This Festive Season: If you are diabetic then you should take some extra care as Diwali will expose you to a whole lot of tempting sweets and snacks. Keep a check on your sugar intake.
